What is the current construction status of Ko‘ula?

Construction for Koula began during the third quarter of 2019 and completion is expected in early 2022. Construction cranes can be seen on site, and construction works are currently laying the steel beams and pouring concrete. The 41-story glass and concrete high rise will soon grace the skies of Ward Village.

The commercial space on the ground level is taking shape and the residential lobby on the second floor, which will overlook the 1.5-acre Victoria Ward Park, will soon be completed as the stories continue to be constructed for this soon-to-be iconic Honolulu condo.
