Hokuala is a master-planned development currently underway on the island of Kauai. Hokuala: Homes and Homesites

While parts of Hokuala are already fully developed, there are some components that are still under construction and in preparation for future sales. The 2 main “neighborhoods” within the community are Timbers Kauai and Pakela Ike.

Timbers Kauai features 47 ocean-front homes ranging from 2-4 bedrooms in size. These homes are for sale, with options for whole ownership or fractional ownership. Each home is also eligible for the Timbers Kauai Rental Program, so there are opportunities to gain a return on investment, even when not living on the property full-time. Visitors can reserve the homes for nightly rates.

The 4 major Timbers Kauai floor plans include Maliula, Kaiholo, Laola, and Laola Nani. Maliula is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom plan featuring views of the ocean and the golf course. These units have at least 3 lanais and include natural stone vanities and custom cabinetry. You’ll find hardwood floors throughout the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. These homes are selling at $4,150,000 and above.

Next, we have the Kaiholo, which is a 3-to-4-bedroom plan with 3.5 bathrooms. At the moment, these homes are temporarily sold out, but there may be opportunities for resale in the future. Kaiholo homes feature up to 4 lanais, including a private lanai accessible from the master bedroom.
