Like many master-planned developments, Anuhea homes will be released in phases over time. Anuhea is anticipated to be one of the largest neighborhoods within the development, with a planned total of 164 homes. This neighborhood of single-family units will offer 6 different floorplans with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms.
While features may vary depending on the specific floorplan, potential buyers can expect to see open-concept styles with 9-foot ceilings and conveniently attached 2-car garages. The exterior of the homes will feature special touches, such as Hawaiian designs (per plan), stone and stucco accents (per plan), and even a timed sprinkler and irrigation system. 3rd party structural inspections will be completed on each house, so residents will be able to relax without having to worry about the quality of the home structure.
Anuhea home interiors also include special touches, such as vaulted great room ceilings (per plan), spacious closets, and separate laundry rooms. Floors will be lined with wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms and great room and luxury vinyl flooring in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and entryways. Bathrooms will include Corian countertops with options for separate shower and tub designs, depending on the floorplan.
In addition to these aesthetic features, energy-saving elements are being incorporated to help residents save money on monthly bills and to promote more environmentally sustainable lifestyles. For example, each home will include a solar attic fan and a solar water heater. All of the exterior walls and ceilings will be equipped with thermal insulation to keep the air conditioning and heat within the unit.
As previously mentioned, some of the special features of these homes will be dependent on the size of the unit and the specific floorplan. Anuhea offers 6 different plans, all of which include attached 2-car garages and private covered lanais.
Let’s start with the Aheahe Plan, which includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The total lot area is 2,159 square feet (with a living area of 1,529 square feet). Style options will include plantation or Polynesian exterior designs. In addition to the standard features incorporated throughout all of these homes, the Aheahe plan includes walk-in closets in the owner’s suite and in an additional bedroom.
Next, we have the Wailele Plan, which is also designed to be a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Buyers will be able to choose between the Hawaiian classic and plantation style exterior designs. The total lot size is 2,175 square feet, with 1,596 square feet of living area. This plan is unique because it includes a cute breakfast area within the kitchen. Like the Aheahe plan, Wailele offers the opportunity to incorporate a drop zone and also includes walk-in closets in 2 of the bedrooms.
The third plan, named Nahenahe, is larger than the first two plans with a total lot size of 2,330 square feet (including 1,638 square feet of living space). This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom floorplan comes with either Polynesian or territorial exterior designs. You’ll find a walk-in closet in the owner’s suite. The unit also includes a porch in addition to a private covered lanai.
Huʻihuʻi, our 4th floorplan, is even larger, with a 2,726 square foot lot and1,998 square feet of living space. This 3 bedroom unit includes 2 full bathrooms and a powder room. It will be available in plantation or territorial exterior designs. Unlike the first 3 floorplans we’ve reviewed, this unit is 2 stories. It features an extra storage area, a porch, and an upper lanai. The owner’s suite also includes a walk-in closet.
Next, we have the Pali plan, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit available in Hawaiian classic, plantation, and territorial exterior designs. Lot size will be 2,713 square feet, with total living space of 1,744 square feet. Like the Huʻihuʻi, this floorplan has 2 stories. My favorite feature of is the inclusion of an upper front lanai, an upper rear lanai, and a lower-level porch, so there are plenty of opportunities to relax outside without even having to leave the home.
Lastly, we have our largest floorplan in the neighborhood, the Nahele. This one includes a 2,937 square foot lot with 2,021 square feet of living space. It features a gigantic lanai and a porch. Exterior design choices include Hawaiian classic and territorial styles. The owner’s suite will have 2 walk-in closets, and with an additional walk-in closet in 1 of the other bedrooms.
