Homes at The Parkways

At The Parkways at Maui Lani, you’ll find floorplans ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms with 1,385 through 2,404 square feet of interior living space. Each home rests on a full-sized lot and comes with a private parking garage and a functional yard. There are a total of 210 single-family residences within this community.

With 11 different floorplans, The Parkways offers a variety of layouts to suit the needs of your family. There are five separate 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single-story plans. Additionally, there are two different 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2-story plans. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom units are also available across two 1-story plans. Lastly, we have two plans that include 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms across 2 stories. The largest floorplans also have options for adding on a 5th bedroom.

The most current construction phase of The Parkways at Maui Lani sold out; however, there are opportunities for resale. Prices per unit will vary, with the average selling price of around $1,000,000.

New homes are sold via reservation on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently, there are about 30 reservations right now. While no homes are open for sale right now, at least 20 to 30 more homes will be released in the future. We already know that The Parkways hosts a huge variety of floorplans, but what about the specifics in terms of exterior and interior features? The Parkways prides itself on its well-crafted designs and artistic accents, offering four different exterior designs inspired by Hawaiian themes. Each home is painted in tasteful exterior colors, with some plans incorporating cultured stone and stucco. Buyers will inherit a lifetime limited shingle warranty and can rest assured, as the structure of each home has been inspected by a third party.

Each home at The Parkways includes spacious covered lanais and a garage. Once you enter the home, you’ll find special features that vary per plan, such as vaulted great room ceilings, 8-foot interior doors, and spacious 9-foot ceilings. I personally love the oversized dual glazed vinyl windows, which not only provide a sophisticated look but also equip the home with insulation to help save on energy bills.

Speaking of insulation, the exterior walls in the attic and living space are filled with thermal insulation to help maintain comfortable temperatures within your home. These units also feature premium grade wall-to-wall carpeting (with ceramic tile in the kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms, and entryway). Interior baseboards, which have been installed throughout the units, provide a touch of extra style to the homes.

Some of the more luxurious features (especially within the master suites) vary per plan, but expect to see wardrobes with mirrored doors, gigantic closets with built-in shelving, and pedestal sinks in the half bathrooms. Master bathrooms may include a separate shower and soaking tub for efficiency and relaxation.

In the kitchen, you’ll find designer-selected cabinets and Corian kitchen countertops. The integral sink comes with its own garbage disposal. Some of the floorplans include an island sink. Expect to see General Electric appliances, including a freestanding range, vent hood, and dishwasher.

Maui Lani: A Master-Planned Community

The Parkways is a neighborhood within the Maui Lani development, which is located in Central Maui. These golf course residences offer incredible views of the West Maui Mountains and The Dunes golf course. They are known for being very reasonably priced and for their excellent construction quality.

As a community, Maui Lani covers 1,012 acres of land and is filled with parks and greenery.
