Opportunities at Wailea Hills

The Wailea Hills Collection is currently under construction, with the first neighborhood anticipated to reach completion in 2023. The second phase of the development is currently in the planning stages. Once completed, the Wailea Hills Collection will cover about 13 acres of land and will integrate the environment with the homes to create a truly immersive experience.

One of the main values behind the Wailea Hills design is the respect paid to the history of the land. These homes are being carefully curated to work with, rather than against, the natural greenery. Laʻi Loa—The First Community

Laʻi Loa is the first community of the Wailea Hills Collection. It is expected to be completed in 2023 and features premium condominium residences with 2-3 bedrooms. The community is built on an elevated location, which allows for the trade wind breezes to make their way through to cool you off in the summer.

There are 4 different floorplans being offered at Laʻi Loa, including 2 penthouse suites. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floorplan is 1,686 square feet and includes a lanai, a separate laundry room, and dual sinks in the master bedroom. Next, we have the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom plan, which is 2,166 square feet and features all of the same highlights as the 2 bedroom floorplan but also includes a private master lanai.

Both penthouse floorplans are 3,365 square feet, with options for 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms or 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. These units include walk-in closets with dual sinks in the master suites, gigantic lanai, and laundry rooms. The 3 bedroom plan also incorporates a den that is separate from the great room, allowing for extra private space that could be used as an office or an additional family room.

Each of these spacious luxury units includes a sliding window wall that opens up toward the ocean, setting the scene for relaxing evenings spent with loved ones. Residents can expect to experience casual island elegance with special features, such as junior suites, quartz countertops, private lanais, exterior wet bars, and built-in BBQ facilities. Every building will include storage units (for keeping items such as surfboards and bicycles) and an underground parking garage.

Community Amenities

As if the homes were not already luxurious enough, Wailea Hills has outdone itself with plans for state-of-the-art amenities for residents at Laʻi Loa. One of the main features is the stunning infinity-edge pool, which includes 2 25-yard lap lanes and chaise lounges for relaxing outdoors. Residents will also have access to the hot tub as well.

The fitness center will feature elevated equipment, with machines for cardio workouts and free weights. There will be spa facilities with separate changing centers for men and women in addition to steam rooms and a sauna.

Outside, the recreation lawn will serve as an inviting space to play games such as bocce ball or croquet or to discover your yoga flow. The adjacent firepit will be perfect for evening gatherings with friends and family. Wailea is a former fishing village and has a rich cultural history that has been carried forward into the current day.
