(Even roofing, painting, new gutters, etc.) The monthly fee includes an assessment for new roofing being installed within the entire complex. Also, Termite tenting of the entire complex is an ongoing procedure. Spectrum & Hawaiian Telcom are both available in this unit. Also, property insurance for the structure is included in the HOA fee. Owners Contents Insurance is presently $238/yr. is desired.

The only thing you have to pay for outside of the monthly fee are your electric and telephone bills. The current owners vacation here from time to time and have never rented this unit, however, Short Term Vacation Rental is possible.
