The Launiu

November brought a notable shift in Hawaii's new construction scene, particularly in West Oahu, where seven new home releases took place.
Here's a closer look at what was released in West Oahu:
As we embrace the holiday season, we foresee this momentum carrying into the new year. While December may or may not feature any major releases, it's common for buyers to settle in January and commence with their plans to buy real estate.
Before we dive in further to our updates, we wanted to remind you that this report covers new developments across Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and Big Island. However, if you're in the market for resale properties or have a shorter timeline in mind, we recommend taking a look at our most recent Hawaii Housing Market Report.
During November, we've guided numerous potential buyers on tours of Kaulu by Gentry's sales models. The consensus was unanimous – everyone left thoroughly impressed with the homes. They offer generous space and many were beautifully staged. Feel free to watch our video walkthrough of the Aukai floor plan below.
Whether you're interested in market or reserved housing at Kaulu, we suggest going ahead and completing the required paperwork to secure your spot in the queue, even if you're unsure about making a purchase. It's a straightforward process, you can opt-out anytime, there's no cost to you, and you won't have any reason for regret. Below, you'll find a list of the items you need to submit:

While there were several projects on the horizon for 2023, such as Kaliu, Kahuina, and Malu Koa West, the two developments we are particularly focused on are Launiu at Ward Village and MODEA. The interest lies in the fact that Ward Village has already begun preparations for a Launiu release in January/February 2024, and The Davies Pacific Center is nearing completion of its sales office, with press reports hinting at a late 2023 release date.
