NEW RELEASE AT IKENA

D.R. Horton released another 4 homes on September 20, 2023. The homes range in size from a 3-bedroom with 1,279 sqft to a 4-bedroom home with 1,851 sqft. Pricing starts at $897,460 and caps out at $1,000,385.

Some of the more interesting features include open floor plans, eco-friendly solar hot water heaters, and large kitchen peninsulas for hosting guests. Making Your Way Around and Out of Town

Although there are countless amenities available to people leaving in ‘Ikena, there will likely be times when you will want or need to travel outside of the Hoopili community, and it is easy and convenient to utilize public transit to do so. Whether you are visiting a nearby golf course to play a round of golf or traveling to the Honolulu airport for a business trip, it is definitely easy to get around.

Honolulu offers an extensive bus transit system that includes over 500 buses that follow over 100 different routes. ‘Ikena is also located near the highway and several rail stops and is considered a Transit Oriented Community because of its accessibility to forms of transportation in addition to cars, though there are many amenities within the Hoopili community that are walkable as well.

The ’Ikena neighborhood is an excellent choice for families looking to purchase a house in an area that is convenient to school and work but also provides the foundation of a community that feels like home. It’s a place where you can get done what you need to get done during the week but also never run out of things to do on the weekend.
