Homes at Ilima

Ilima Hoopili offers split-level townhomes and flats. The design is similar to Kohina, a previous phase of the development. There are 3 variations of homes to choose from as well as 7 different floorplans. Each home offers 2 or 3 bedrooms with 2 or 2.5 bathrooms, with spacious, open-concept floorplans ranging from 935 square feet through 1,400 square feet. In total, Ilima offers 76 homes.

One of the most noticeable perks of living in Ilima is the inclusion of a private, fenced-in yard as a part of the unit.
