Homes at Ilima

Ilima Hoopili offers split-level townhomes and flats. The design is similar to Kohina, a previous phase of the development. There are 3 variations of homes to choose from as well as 7 different floorplans. Each home offers 2 or 3 bedrooms with 2 or 2.5 bathrooms, with spacious, open-concept floorplans ranging from 935 square feet through 1,400 square feet. In total, Ilima offers 76 homes.

One of the most noticeable perks of living in Ilima is the inclusion of a private, fenced-in yard as a part of the unit. While many townhomes only include a lanai, this phase incorporates both the lanai and the yard so that you and your family can enjoy spending time outside on the porch or in the grass.

Additionally, Ilima homeowners will have access to at least 2 parking stalls per unit. Some units also include a 1-car enclosed garage. You’ll never have to worry about where to park your car, which is great, since you may not use it very often in this community. Benefits of the Ilima Location

While all of the neighborhoods within the Hoopili development are situated to be walkable, there are certain community amenities that are in close proximity to Ilima. Ilima residents will have close access to 3 future HART rail stops, and 1of the stations will be right next to the neighborhood. There is also close access to pathways for walkers and bikers to make their way around the community. For one thing, Ka Makana Ali’i, the Center for West Oahu, is just 2 miles from Hoopili. This huge shopping center offers stores, restaurants, a luxury movie theater, and farmers’ markets. The center hosts community events, such as family movie nights, fashion shows, and sidewalk sales. Ka Makana Ali’i supports local farmers and venders and strives to be a place where members of the community can come together to enjoy themselves.

Another perk of living in Ilima Hoopili is its close proximity to the KROC center. This center is huge (covering 15 acres) and includes a leisure pool (with two lazy rivers, an interactive splash pad, and poolside cabanas), a competition pool for athletic swimming, and a jacuzzi.
