Unlike many townhomes and condominiums, these units are detached, allowing for increased privacy and a separated yard. Each yard is enclosed by a fence and is landscaped prior to move in. Stepping Into Home

The insides of the Mamaka condominiums are just as beautiful as the outsides, with 5 different floor plan options available. Each plan consists of 2 floors, with 3-4 bedrooms. Each floor plan contains 2.5 bathrooms, with the half bathroom located on the lower floor and the 2 full bathrooms upstairs. The master bedroom includes a walk-in shower. Depending on the particular floor plan, you may also have a dual-sink vanity included in the master bathroom. The additional full bathroom is meant to be shared between the other 2 bedrooms. All bathrooms include vinyl flooring, which provides a sleek, modern look and is easy to clean.

Mamaka's kitchen and dining areas are spacious and include stainless steel appliances. Developers have offered choices between a “cool” or “warm” interior theme, which allows for further customization of the countertop color. Each kitchen includes white cabinets with soft-close features.
