Kōhina, a neighborhood within the Ho’opili community, offers many luxuries available in the city but with the backdrop of a smaller town. Additionally, there are residential and commercial studios and options for “loft style” homes. One of the most interesting features of this community is the opportunity to purchase a FLEX home, which is a multi-story townhome that is made for business owners to operate their business on the bottom floor and then live above in a separate space.

Homes in Kōhina range in price, depending on the size of the unit, and start at $449,765. There are also affordable housing units for sale to applicants who meet the appropriate criteria. The smallest unit is 681 square feet, while the largest unit is 1,804 square feet. Homes are up to 3 stories and come with either attached garages or parking stalls for up to 4 cars. With 34 different floor plans, it’s likely that you’ll find a layout that matches your lifestyle.
