In total, Olena includes 30 homes, each with an attached 2-car garage. The larger units feature 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, while the smaller units include 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In my opinion, one of the most exciting features of this phase is that Olena homes include either 2 or 3 master suites, so you won’t need to have any arguments over who gets the “big” room!

Having multiple large bedrooms is perfect for navigating different types of family dynamics (such as in-laws moving in or adult children moving back home after college) and allows for additional privacy. In fact, one of the floorplan options, named Kamoa, includes an in-law suite with a private entrance and a kitchenette. While this floorplan is perfect for multi-generational families, it is important to note that the residence does not meet the qualifications to be a legal rental unit for tenants. It is best used as a relatively private space for family members needing a bit of separation within their home.

Indoor and Outdoor Amenities

Like some of the other neighborhoods in the Hoopili development, Olena homes include attached 2-car garages. These garages are equipped for use of PV (solar energy) technology and EVs (electric vehicles) to fit the modern theme of the homes. Having the ability to utilize alternative means of power can drastically decrease your energy bills and is also easier on the environment.

Another fantastic perk of living in the largest homes Hoopili is the inclusion of a spacious yard with each home. Olena yards are about 3,500 to just over 4,000 square feet in size. Each yard includes “urban garden” features, which means that some of the landscaping is edible. For example, yards may include herbs for cooking or fruit-bearing trees. This is fun for the kids and also practical for cooking.

Inside Olena, you’ll enjoy smart home features, which have been consistently present throughout the release of the different Hoopili phases. The actual features included in your home will vary, as previous owners may have elected for upgrades.
