A’ulu is a neighborhood within the Hoopili master-planned development that includes duplexes and single-family homes with 3-5 bedrooms. Floor plans are open-concept and vary across the homes, with sizes ranging from 1,108 through 2,004 square feet. The community offers 8 different floor plans, and home buyers will have both single level and split-level options.
