Welcome to Kaikoi

Homes in Kaikoi were released 12 at a time via lottery starting in 2021. They sold out in early 2022. They originally started at $303,000 and range from 414 to 986 square feet in size. This subdivision provided reserved housing options that followed affordable housing rules. Basically, specified units were sold at below market prices to individuals who meet certain income and eligibility requirements. Today, you can purchase homes in Kaikoi via resale on the MLS. Although some of these homes may be more affordable than other condos and townhomes in Honolulu, designers did not skimp on the quality of home materials or the accessibility to amenities within the greater community. Homes include a 10-year limited structural warranty in addition to a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty on the siding. Roofing is also covered by a limited 40-year manufacturer’s warranty, and termite treatment is included for structural lumber.
