Launiu is here, Modea starts soon

As anticipated, 2024 is already gaining momentum, outpacing the slower pace of 2023.

To kick us off, Hoopili has maintained its pattern of releasing new inventory at Ikena, The Bluffs at Nanaina, and Kanalani, keeping their building momentum strong.

Secondly, on Kauai, the first 18 units of Kauanoe O Koloa's Phase 2 has been released. This is the last new build that legally allows short-term rentals on Kauai. Pricing ranges from $1.4M to $1.8M.

Next, The Launiu at Ward Village is officially on sale! Ward Village released Launiu's new website, so we took the most important information and renderings and updated our page.

Last, but not least, the Davies Pacific Center project is pushing forward with their major transformation. With its new name, MODEA, we're back to feature all the latest details on this exciting project.

In the last few weeks, a new landing page and IG account have appeared, giving us more details about the Davies Pacific Center project, now named MODEA.

After a quick review, here's a recap of the latest information:

• Location: 168 Queen Street. Davies Pacific Center is located on the intersection of Bishop St. and Merchant St.
• Pricing: Studios - Starting in the low $400ks, 1-bedrooms - Starting in the low $600ks, 2-bedrooms - Starting in the low $900ks
• Floor plans: Official floor plans are available via presentation only. Living area for Studios - 300 to 450 sqft, 1-bedrooms - 450 to 650 sqft, 2-bedrooms - 1,000 to 1,400 sqft
• Expected Completion: 2025
• Sales: Starts this week.
