The 1-bedroom floor plans range from 572 through 659 square feet, while the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom options are from 839 through 894 square feet. The building offers a variety of floor plans, with different views depending on the unit’s floor and angle. Take a look over the city skyline, and you’ll be able to see all the way to the shoreline.
Each home at Ililani has its own private lanai so that you can enjoy the beautiful views without even having to leave your home. One of the most unique amenities at Ililani is the convenient and affordable carshare program. Located in the building’s parking garage, tenets have 24/7 access to a variety of vehicles for rent. Tenets can reserve vehicles either the day of or in advance and are able to choose the amount of time they will need the car. This can all be done through a phone application.
There are no initial fees to register, and the cost of utilizing the cars is below the market rate for this type of service. For example, in 2019, the rate for Ililani’s car share service was $3 per hour cheaper than the market rate (which was just under $10 per hour). This includes the insurance, gas, cleaning, and maintenance of the cars and allows for residents to have easy access to private transportation without having to invest in their own car.
Given the walkability of Kaka’ako, refraining from purchasing your own car that would only be used occasionally can really save some money. If you do have your own car, the complex also offers a carwash area, another amenity that can save you money and time.
Kaka’ako is a wonderful place to live because of its excellent location near attractions, a list that keeps growing over time. Ililani sits between downtown and SALT at Our Kaka’ako.
