Overview

The Park Ward Village, like the other Ward Village buildings, is artistically designed with special features that make it unique from other condominiums. The building's design incorporates nature throughout to create a comfortable, homey vibe that promotes community among neighbors. The design team consists of Solomon Cordwell Buenz as the lead architect, VITA Planning & Landscape Architecture for landscaping, and Yabu Pushelberg as the interior design firm.

Unit sizes range depending on the number of bedrooms:

The building as a whole is structured in a manner that allows for magnificent ocean views from each residence, with floor-to-ceiling windows for soaking in the natural sunlight.

Additionally, the units are open-concept in design, with open kitchens, living rooms, and dining areas. Each unit includes a Juliet Balcony, oak wood floors, and high ceilings. The Park also allows for customization of the units, including options for light versus dark color schemes and inclusion of a built-in desk and shelf to create a mini office space.

In the kitchen, you’ll find beautiful quartz countertops and backsplashes. The cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are all Miele brand. A sub-zero temperature refrigerator and freezer is included to keep your foods and drinks cold, and you’ll love the StudioBecker wood lacquer cabinets. My personal favorite feature of the kitchen is the stainless steel sink, as it has an extra-large basin that is perfect for food prep and rinsing dishes and comes with a Grohe brand kitchen faucet.

Some of the features I like for the bathroom include the marble stoned accent walls and the double vanities. The floor and vanity lighting are also unique touches as well. Each bathroom includes Grohe plumbing fixtures and porcelain tile floors, with wooden cabinets similar to those found in the kitchen. Buyers will have the option to choose between light and dark fixtures to further customize the room.

Amenities and Features

Some of the greatest benefits of living in a Ward Village community, and particularly in The Park Ward Village, are the plethora of upscale amenities offered right outside of your front door. In fact, The Park Ward Village offers one of the biggest amenity decks in the community, with both indoor and outdoor recreation and entertainment spaces.

Located on the 8th floor, the amenity deck is where it’s at in terms of luxury amenities. Take a walk or a jog along the path around the deck to explore the different features. Take a dip in the lap pool, resort pool, or spa to cool off on a warm day while the kids play in the children’s play area. Afterward, you can rinse off in the outdoor showers and head over to the barbeque cabanas or grilling stations, which are perfect for hosting your guests.

There are plenty of opportunities to work out on the 8th floor, and you likely won’t even want to purchase a separate gym membership. In addition to the lap pool, there are also fitness pods and a fitness center, complete with separate locker rooms. The deck also features a tennis court and 2 pickleball courts.

One of the most unique amenities of the deck, and one of my favorite parts, is the inclusion of 5 guest suites, all of which have beautiful ocean views. This is perfect for giving out-of-town friends and family members their space and privacy without having to find a separate hotel outside of the community. There are also options to reserve club rooms for parties or other special events.

Aside from the 8th floor, there are further amenities available throughout the building. The complex includes 4 elevators and an additional service elevator to get you to your unit as soon as possible. Onsite bike and surfboard storage is offered, and you’ll be able to park your car in a reserved residential lot. The building is pet-friendly and even includes a dog park on the 3rd floor so that your pets can get the exercise and sunshine that they need.

The Park Ward Village will have an inclusion of artwork from local artists as well as an open garden right in the front lobby area. It'll have an onsite manager and security provided 24 hours per day, so you and your family will feel safe and secure.

It Takes a Village

Ward Village is a 60-acre master-planned community in Oahu. The Park Ward Village, located on the Ewa side of the community adjacent to the 12th planned tower Mahana Ward Village, is surrounded by plenty of greenery and offers beautiful ocean views and competitive amenities. This is the 8th building in the community, and it comes along with unique features and options for customization.

The location of the Ward Village community is ideal, as it is between the Pacific Ocean and the Koolau Mountains, allowing for incredible views and opportunities to engage with nature without having to give up the conveniences of city living.

Additionally, the development is located close to Downtown Honolulu and Waikiki, with easy access to the Honolulu airport. In addition to the natural green space and quick access to the beach, the location of The Park Ward Village offers ease of access to local restaurants, cute cafes, Victoria Ward Park, and a variety of unique retail spaces. This, among other reasons, is why Ward Village received the Architectural Digest’s award for “Best-Planned Community in the US” in 2017.
