Kō‘ula was designed with exquisite intentionality by architect Jeanne Gang. This Harvard Graduate School of Design professor has made her mark in the industry by incorporating the natural environment into her building designs. The interior design of the building was created by the Yabu Pushelberg duo, a design studio that has made its way into the Interior Design Hall of Fame. Featuring top-notch artists and designers, Kō‘ula has certainly established itself in Ward Village.
Each unit comes with a minimum of 1 parking stall, and many of the larger units come with 2 stalls, depending on the location of the home in the building.
