Meaning “reflection of light,” Anaha lives up to its name, with architectural features that showcase the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Anaha consists of 318 residential units, with 73 low-rise flats and 245 tower residences and penthouse units. Designed by architects at Solomon Cordwell Buenz and Ben Woo, Anaha features all of the special details that residents expect in a luxury home.

Units range from 435 square feet (for studios) through 6,737 square feet (for penthouse units), so there are plenty of options to choose from in terms of unit size.

Residents will have access to a parking structure within the tower. The structure ranges from the 2^nd floor to the 6^th floor, so residents are able to park close to their units. Guest parking is available through valet services, thus reserving the structure for only residents and their invited guests.

The Anaha building conveniently bundles a variety of costs into 1 maintenance fee, which is based on unit size. It includes costs for cable, Internet, gas, and sewer/water, so there is no need to keep track of these bills separately. With the 9-foot ceilings (or 10+ feet, if you choose a penthouse) make the units feel spacious, but the additional features, such as the freestanding tub, are what make it particularly unique.

Anaha has some of the most luxurious amenities in Honolulu! The star of the show is the glass bottom lap pool located on the amenity deck. This pool stretches over the plaza (where 1 side of the pool drifts out over the street below) and is absolutely beautiful.
