Residences

Its design will seamlessly flow between the inside and outside, meaning each unit will include open floor plans, 9 ft. floor-to-ceiling windows, wide plank oak wood engineered flooring, modern fixtures with light and dark options, sub-zero appliances, Juliet balconies in living rooms, and decor inspired by Hawaii's natural environment. An integrated workspace or small office and entertainment cabinet is included in 3 bedroom units and offered as an upgrade for 1- and 2-bedroom units.

The kitchens will feature Studio Becker cabinets, Quartzite stone island, countertops, and backsplash, an appliance garage, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine refrigerator, and more. Bathrooms will include Studio Becker cabinets, Marble stone countertops, and Limestone flooring.

Life around Kalae

The Kalae Ward Village luxury condos will be located on the west side of Ward Village in Kakaako. This area rests in Honolulu between Waikiki and Downtown, and it offers plenty of desirable community attractions. Ward Village is around 60 acres in size and is close to the ocean shore. This community is urban, yet it also includes some of the parts of living in a small town that people tend to love—culture, history, and a sense of community through togetherness.

Ward Village is known for being pedestrian-friendly, and walkers and bikers will be thrilled to know that it is close to several parks.
