Developers of Kauanoe o Koloa have big plans for the community over the next several years, and pre-sales are already underway for the first phase. The pre-construction sales for Phases Two is now underway with the first 18 of 69 units now on sale (Buildings 9 and 10). Pricing in Phase Two starts at $1,399,000 for the Kilohana floor plan, $1,600,000 for the Moana floor plan, and $1,830,000 for the Noelani plan.

Potential buyers will need to invest 10% earnest money into escrow upon reservation of the home. An additional 10% will be due 1 year following your reservation.
