While exciting further residential development is planned, currently, only the Hale Alani neighborhood, in its final phase, has new residences, available in the $5 millions.

Hale Alani

Three- and four-bedroom Hale Alani homes line the 7th and 8th fairways and an enormous course pond. Construction began in 2016 for these lovely Hawaiian-inspired single-level detached and semi-attached homes. This neighborhood is located on the property's northern edge and features a few impressively sized homes. Breathtaking panoramic views are guaranteed. Multi- acreage homesites are available.
