A rare few people will be able to own one of the ninety-nine exclusive, luxurious Mandarin Oriental Residences. The 418-foot tower with 37 stories is a “vertical interpretation of the traditional Hawaiian lanai.” This means owners at the Mandarin Oriental will enjoy beautiful landscapes, both inside and through expansive windows and private balconies.
The residences will be found on the tower’s upper 17 floors, with 125 high-end hotel accommodations found on the floors below. The esteemed customer service for hotel guests will also be enjoyed by residents, with a promise to exceed every owner's expectations on a daily basis.
Living at the Residences at Mandarin Oriental offers the best of Honolulu. Its Ala Moana neighborhood nestled between Downtown and Waikiki offers all the amenities and entertainment of a large metropolitan city as well as pristine Pacific Ocean waters and beaches.
Living in as the Mandarin Oriental offers an experience that is “very high-end and service-oriented with amenities and a spa,” according to Sales Director Ian MacLeod. In fact, the upcoming $35 million penthouse will be the most expensive condo listed in Honolulu.
If you want to live a life of indulgence with a world-renowned Mandarin Oriental spa, Michelin starred restaurant and five-star service, then the Mandarin Oriental might be a fit for your lifestyle.
A private elevator will open into a condo residence with the highest form of decadence. The interiors by Dianna Wong blend modernity and classicism with minimal colors and simple geometry. The bathrooms are like private spas, and the lanai balconies allow natural sunshine and gentle breezes.
Residents enjoy mauka-to-makai (mountain-to-sea) views from Diamond Head to Ala Moana Beach Park. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer incredible ocean and sunset views. The Dada Kitchens from Italian designer Molteni&C boast the most expensive appliances and amenities. The custom kitchens and bathrooms are 100 percent Italian-made.
