Keali’i's floor plans and features

Keali’i by Gentry offers 3 different floor plans, all of which have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The square footage of the home varies by floor plan and ranges from 2,005 to 2,154 square feet (measured as total net living area).

Each floor plan includes 9-foot ceilings in the living and bedroom areas with open-floor concepts all around. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open, providing space for the family to interact across meal preparation, actual meals, and relaxation time in the common areas of the home. Every home includes a lanai and an enclosed garage as well.

These homes offer luxury vinyl plank floorings (on the bottom floor) with carpet on the second floor, including the stairwell. Each bedroom and living room is set up for ceiling fans, which may not even be needed with the split air conditioning systems. Like many homes in the area, Keali’i offers Smart Home features, which allow for residents to control certain parts of the home (such as the door locks and light switches) through a convenient application.

Any cook would be impressed with the kitchens at Keali’i, which are filled with Corian solid surface countertops and stained wood or shaker-style cabinets. Each home comes with a stainless steel appliance package, complete with an undermount kitchen sink and a GE dishwasher. These homes also include a GE self-cleaning oven with a ceramic top electric range and a built-in garbage disposal. No need to worry about purchasing a microwave, as this also comes with the home.

Each bedroom contains FreeSlide wire shelves as well as a computer/phone jack. In particular, the master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, with dual vanities in the master bathroom. The bathrooms contain Corian solid surface countertops. Some units also offer mirrored sliding closet doors.

In conjunction with the culture of the neighborhood, Keali’i homes include several energy saving features to help lower your monthly bills and decrease your impact on the environment. Homes include solar hot water systems, dual pane windows, and an LED light package. These homes are also built with open cell foam insulation and 20-SEER air conditioning. Features like these will help make your home more energy efficient, which is a win-win for the community.

Each home comes with composition shingle roofing that is covered under a lifetime limited warranty in addition to HardiePlank siding that is covered by a 30-year warranty. Every house includes a vinyl fence with a gate, allowing for increased privacy for your family as well as an enclosed outside space that is perfect for children and pets. The front and backyard come landscaped so that your beautiful home will be ready right when you move in.

Looking to purchase a home at Keali’i? Prices originally started at around $900,000, with some Affordable Housing options included. While new construction homes are sold out, be on the lookout for Keali’i homes for resale (previously owned). Keali’i is only a 5-minute drive to White Plains Beach, allowing for easy family weekends spent in the sand and sun. Residents may also enjoy the lagoons of the Ko Olina Resort Community, which is only a 10-minute drive from Keali’i.

Looking to explore the community? Keali’i by Gentry is conveniently located near a variety of shopping centers that include restaurants, theaters, and stores.
