Constructed in 2017, Keauhou Place is made up of a mixed-use residential condominium tower and a separate townhome building next door. The high-rise is a whopping 43 stories and features 388 units, with 35 units in the townhome building. Keauhou Place is also attached to Keauhou Lane, which is a 209-unit complex for rentals that also incorporates commercial space. Keauhou Place will serve as the attachment to the planned rail station, which will be incredibly convenient for residents who need to commute to Honolulu.
Keauhou Place features 1-3 bedroom condominiums, and each floor includes 11 units (four 1-bedrooms, six 2-bedrooms, and one 3-bedroom per floor).
Each unit comes with at least 1 parking stall, with larger units generally including 2 stalls. The townhomes, which are located along South and Pohukaina streets, have 2-3 bedrooms.
Overall, the sizing of each unit is quite generous, especially for the price point. One of the big stars of this community is SALT at Our Kakaako, a huge center for shopping and dining that is right down the street. Just going for a walk around the establishment allows you to take in the culture and energy of the area.
Although the beach is not walkable from Keauhou Place, it is only about a 5-minute drive to Ala Moana State Park. The neighborhood is also very close to Honolulu city, which is perfect for individuals who need to commute downtown for work. With biking and walking paths throughout the neighborhood, you and your family will be able to walk to most of the nearby stores and attractions at Keauhou Place.
