Community Foundations

Park Lane was developed in 2017 across 3 phases in the heart of Honolulu. There are a total of 7 buildings covering 7.3 acres of land. Designed by ODADA and Philpotts and Associates, the complex includes 221 luxury units that mimic the single-family home lifestyle.

One of the major goals in developing Park Lane was to create spaces that ease seamlessly from indoors to outdoors. The community is surrounded by lush greenery, a great lawn, and well-kept courtyards. This intentional design helps to create a more private atmosphere for homeowners.

At Park Lane, floor plans range from 1,600 to over 6,000 square feet of living space. There are over 100 different floor plans to choose from, ranging from 1-bedroom to 4-bedrooms in size. On average, condos at Park Lane cover about 2,000 square feet. Additionally, each unit comes with a private lanai. Lanais range from 254 through 1,188 square feet and are perfect for enjoying serene ocean views. Most of the units have their own balcony BBQ stations, thus adding to the single-family home vibe.

Condominium Neighborhoods

The condominiums at Park Lane are named based on their location within the complex. Each sub-community offers differences in terms of views, home amenities, and sizes.

The Sky Residences are 3-bedroom condominiums that offer breathtaking ocean and mountain views. These homes can be found on the 7th and 8th floors of many of the buildings. Units maintain a “U” shape, which helps with the transition from indoors to outdoors, as the private lanai is tucked into the “U.”

Next, we have The Ocean Residences, which are positioned to receive large amounts of natural light without sacrificing privacy. These units offer panoramic ocean views and oversized lanais that overlook the lush courtyards. The Ocean Residences are all 3-bedroom units and are located in the front of the building structures, which is why they are able to provide some of the best views in the community.

The Park Residences are set in the back portion of the building along Park Lane. These residences are further away from Ala Moana Blvd, resulting in a more tranquil environment. Units are 4-bedrooms in size and come with a huge, wrap-around lanai that is accessible from the master suite. Each unit comes with its own, private garage within this lush, tropical sub-community.

At The Island Residences, you’ll experience beachfront living within a high-rise type of atmosphere. These units offer ocean views and large, covered lanais. Some floor plans offer 2 bedrooms plus a den, while others have 3 bedrooms. Numerous units in this section come with private pools and gardens. Some also come with a private attached garage as well. These residences feel like a luxurious vacation home that you never have to leave.

Next, we have The Courtyard Residences, which include open floor plans with beautiful courtyard views. These units are perfect for families who want to feel like they are surrounded by lush greenery and tropical landscaping. If your condominium is on the 3rd floor, you’ll have access to your own private pool and yard.

The most affordable units at Park Lane are The Club Residences. A majority of these condominiums are 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom with a den. Additionally, there are a total of 4 2-bedroom units that are also a part of The Club.

Lastly, we have The Grand Penthouses, which range from around 5,093 through 6,258 square feet. Penthouse units come with huge balconies and offer panoramic views of the ocean. You’ll feel like you’re at the top of the Honolulu in these modern and luxurious residences.

Amenities at Park Lane

As a luxury condominium community, Park Lane goes all out with the amenities. Upon entering the development, you’ll be greeted by a large, open-air lobby. The lobby level provides opportunities for entertainment, including a club lounge (complete with fire pit), a private wine bar, and a catering kitchen. There is a gated dog park for exercising pets, a movie theater with tiered seating, and a residential conference room that can be utilized for meetings.

Many of the additional amenities are located at the club level, which is a great place for entertaining or for relaxing on your own. There are 3 private guest suites that can reserved for out-of-town guests. The club features a 25 x 75-foot lap pool for swimming and a chaise lounge lawn. You can relax in the men’s and women’s spa areas, and there is even an outdoor rain shower. Cabanas with BBQs are available for having cookouts, and the kids can run and play in the children’s play area.

The Park Lane community promotes overall wellness by providing plenty of recreational space for residents. The club level includes massage and health treatment rooms, a fitness studio (with an outdoor activity lawn), and yoga studios. There is a steam room and sauna available as well, and the deck is covered in serene gardens to promote a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere.

Park Lane is protected with 24-hour security. Additional concierge services are also provided for tasks such as reserving seats at a restaurant or scheduling a personal shopping experience at Ala Moana (which can be reached directly from the complex via elevator). Looking to have a beach day? The concierge team can get you set up with chairs, towels, and umbrellas so you won’t have to worry about carrying all of the extras. If you need to leave your home for a period of time, monthly monitoring and inspection services are available to ensure that your unit is being kept up without you having to check on it yourself.

At Park Lane, you get the best of both worlds, with the beautiful ocean outside your doorstep and the Koʻolau Mountains behind you.
