Homes at SEAbridge by Gentry

These homes are modern in style, with features such as a solar water heating system and a smart thermostat that can be programmed. With central air conditioning, garages, and fenced-in yards, the SEAbridge homes combine comfortability with affordability and are perfect for first-time homebuyers. Another perk of living in SEAbridge is the on-site maintenance, which mimics some of the main benefits of living in a townhome or condominium.

There are 4 floor plans offered at SEAbridge: the Avuenue, the Kainani, the Makani, and the Nalu. Each home is 2 stories and includes a covered entrance and a garage. The Nalu comes with a covered lanai, while the other 3 floor plans include options to add on a lanai.

Some of the most economical aspects of these homes are the built-in energy saving features. Homes at SEAbridge by Gentry come with Low-E dual-paned vinyl windows to keep the cool AC in during the summer. Enjoy the central air conditioning with 20 SEER rating that you can control with your programmable smart thermostat. The spray foam insulation will also help regulate the temperature of your home and keep the energy bill from getting too high, as will the insulated roll up garage door. SEAbridge homes are lit up with an LED lighting package, and the hot water is powered by a solar water heating system with an 80 gallon tank. These features all promote comfort and sustainability within your home, while saving you money at the same time!

Once you walk into your home at SEAbridge, one of the first features you may notice are the 9-foot ceilings in all of the living room spaces, which help promote the open-concept floor plan and make the home feel spacious, yet comfortable. Fiberoptic cable TV is included in all living rooms and bedrooms, which are lined with plush carpeting. Bedrooms include ceiling lights and walk-in closets with mirrored closet doors.

In the kitchen, you’ll find one of my favorite features included in these homes, the generous GE appliance package. This package consists of a ceramic top range and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator (with ice maker included), and a huge washer and dryer. A vented microwave/hood is also included. The kitchen sink is stainless steel and is attached to Kohler plumbing fixtures. You’ll be able to store all of your cooking supplies in the designer laminate cabinets and display your most-used appliances on the Corian kitchen countertops. Conveniently charge your electronic devices with the built-in USB outlets, which are pre-installed in the bedrooms and in the kitchen. No more running to the other room to grab your charger!

Take a Walk Outside

Unlike townhome and condominium communities, homes at SEAbridge by Gentry are detached; however, they feature a major benefit that often comes along with attached units: on-site maintenance. While there is a monthly maintenance fee (estimated to be about $360 per month), the fee covers quite a bit, including property insurance, common area landscaping, roadway maintenance, and water and sewer fees.

The exterior components of homes at SEAbridge by Gentry incorporate landscaped front yards with gravel edging. Your children will be able to play outside safely in the fenced-in backyard that includes a gate. Homes are built with borate treated lumber that comes with a 30-year warranty and James Hardie siding that also includes a 30-year limited warranty. SEAbridge focuses on the little features that make each home more convenient, such as including a utility sink in the garage and seamless rain gutters that are functional without being unattractive.

Like other homes by Gentry, there are opportunities for buyers to select home upgrades to help their new space feel more personalized and to meet the needs of the family. This includes developer upgrades for flooring and incorporation of stainless steel appliances. Ceiling fans and security systems can be pre-installed to help keep your family safe and comfortable. For select units, buyers can choose to add an additional 3rd parking stall. The 4th floor plan includes a covered lanai, and the other floor plans have options for adding one on, as desired.

Currently, SEAbridge homes are being sold by way of lottery. Typically, 9 units are sold in this manner per month. Prices start in the mid $500,000s. The sales office is open from 12 to 5 on Mondays and from 10 to 5 on Tuesdays through Sundays. SEAbridge homes are a great fit for families looking to find their way into a detached, single-family housing unit.

Moving into the Neighborhood

Ewa Beach is becoming a popular location for homebuyers, given the plethora of new housing and commercial developments that are popping up throughout the area. Located near another bustling community, Kapolei, Ewa Beach is becoming one of the prime locations within the West Oahu region.

Some of the most attractive features of this neighborhood include the numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation right outside of the homes.
