Constructed in 2017, Keauhou Place is made up of a mixed-use residential condominium tower and a separate townhome building next door. The high-rise is a whopping 43 stories and features 388 units, with 35 units in the townhome building. Keauhou Place is also attached to Keauhou Lane, which is a 209-unit complex for rentals that also incorporates commercial space. Keauhou Place will serve as the attachment to the planned rail station, which will be incredibly convenient for residents who need to commute to Honolulu.

Keauhou Place features 1-3 bedroom condominiums, and each floor includes 11 units (four 1-bedrooms, six 2-bedrooms, and one 3-bedroom per floor).

• 1-bedroom units range from 567 through 768 square feet
• 2-bedrooms range from 906 through 1,157 square feet
• 3-bedroom plans, range from 1,354 through 1,442 square feet

Each unit comes with at least 1 parking stall, with larger units generally including 2 stalls. The townhomes, which are located along South and Pohukaina streets, have 2-3 bedrooms.

Overall, the sizing of each unit is quite generous, especially for the price point. With the ease of access to community features and amenities, you’ll love spending time around town with friends and family. Prices vary for each unit depending on the size but generally range from $750,000 to $1,500,000.

Residential Features

Keauhou Place offers opportunities for stunning views of Diamond Head and the ocean, particularly on the higher-level floors. If having a good view is important to you, be sure to account for future development plans, as new buildings may eventually block what you can currently see. These condos include floor-to-ceiling windows, and a majority of them also incorporate a private covered lanai, which is wonderful for taking in natural sunlight or relaxing outside after a long day.

In the kitchen, you’ll find quartz countertops and Kohler plumbing fixtures. The cabinets are European style, and the floors are made of luxury vinal plank flooring. 8^th Floor Deck

Like many of the other high-rise developments, a majority of Keauhou Place’s building amenities are located on an amenity deck, which is located on the 8^th floor. This includes a large, heated, saltwater pool complete with a hot tub. Additionally, you’ll find 4 barbecue areas and a recreation room that can be utilized for gatherings with friends and family.

The 8^th floor deck is nicely decorated and includes a garden. Children will love the tot lot play area, and adults can skip the gym membership and check out the community fitness center. The building also provides space to store bikes and surfboards, so you won’t have to worry about bringing these larger items into your unit. While the front of the building does include a lobby, concierge services are not offered.

Getting to Know the Neighborhood

While I’ve already mentioned a few of the highlights of Our Kakaako, I want to dive deeper into the benefits of living in this location. You’ll be close to basically all of the stores you could need for daily foods and products, like Whole Foods, Target, Walmart, and Foodland Farms. Costco is within driving distance as well.

One of the big stars of this community is SALT at Our Kakaako, a huge center for shopping and dining that is right down the street. SALT showcases the work of local and international artists, with beautiful murals lining the walls. Just going for a walk around the establishment allows you to take in the culture and energy of the area.

Although the beach is not walkable from Keauhou Place, it is only about a 5-minute drive to Ala Moana State Park. The neighborhood is also very close to Honolulu city, which is perfect for individuals who need to commute downtown for work. With biking and walking paths throughout the neighborhood, you and your family will be able to walk to most of the nearby stores and attractions at Keauhou Place.
