We were looking forward to several exciting developments coming out this past summer, however, the Maui fires and the ongoing affordable housing crisis have caused numerous delays. Consequently, it's been another relatively quiet month for new construction in Hawaii. Nonetheless, our "coming soon" section has kept growing and growing, so we thought it would be a great opportunity to take a closer look at all the major upcoming projects happening across Hawaii.
On another note, don't forget to check out September's Hawaii Housing Market Report. It provides insights into resale activity across Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island. Despite the uptick in interest rates and prices, homes continue to sell relatively swiftly.
Other notable projects that have frequent sales releases include Kanalani at Hoopili, Ikena at Hoopili, and Nahele at Hoopili. 1500 Kapiolani is also another project to look out for.
