Victoria Place is an ultra-luxury tower, and it lives up to this classification with beautiful, customizable residential units and top-notch amenities. The building includes 350 units, with 1-bedroom (137 units), 2-bedroom (146 units), and 3-bedroom (77 units) options. Sizes range from 749 to 946 square feet for 1-bedrooms, 1,084 to 1,287 square feet for 2-bedrooms, and 1,758 to 1,846 square feet for 3-bedrooms. Click here to view the floor plate and floorplans.

A unique option offered by Victoria Place, so long as the appropriate units are open, is the ability to combine 2 units to make a larger single unit. Buyers may purchase a 2-bedroom unit in conjunction with an adjacent 3-bedroom unit to create a larger 3- or 4-bedroom unit to meet the needs of their family. This level of flexibility is perfect for building your ideal home.

The actual building is made up of 2 vestibules and 40 stories, with elevators for both the front and the back units. One of the unique features is the 9-foot ceilings in each of the residences, except for those located on the top 3 floors, which will have 10-foot ceilings.

Victoria Place kitchens are open and contemporary, with light wood and textured glass StudioBecker cabinets. The kitchen countertop and custom-designed kitchen island are both made with luxurious quartzite. Appliances include a Cove dishwasher, Wolf gas stove, and an oven, hood, and microwave. Additionally, residences will also include a sub-zero refrigerator, freezer, and an area for wine storage.

One of my favorite features of these units is the option to choose between dark and light color schemes in the kitchen and bathroom, so that you can customize your place to make it feel like home. The bathroom and kitchen colors do not have to match the same scheme, so you can choose light colors for one room and dark colors for the other, if that’s what you decide will look best!

While Victoria Place does not include lanais in individual units, each condo has a beautiful, 12-foot wide Juliet balcony window that can be opened to bring in more natural light along with the ocean breeze.

Location

A front-row building within the community, Victoria Place is neighboring Waiea and Kalae, and across from Kō‘ula. It is conveniently near a variety of parks, restaurants, and stores so that you won’t have to travel far to get what you need.

The Ward Village community is family-oriented but is also a great place for singles looking to have a place of refuge. While outside of the main city, the location is perfect for getting your daily necessities nearby (at walkable and bikeable distances), and there are numerous public transportation options right down the street. Regardless of where you need to go, the Victoria Place’s excellent location has got you covered.

Over-the-Top Amenities

One of the greatest selling points for Victoria Place its inclusion of 2 separate floors of luxury amenities. The building offers 24- hour security and valet service. Residents will enjoy the convenience of having their packages accepted, stored, and delivered by the staff, with peace of mind that parcels will not be stolen from a common area. Victoria Place’s multi-lingual staff is able to offer club concierge, vehicle care, and care for your home when you are out of town. There are also services offered for special events and gatherings hosted within the complex.

The first level of amenities can be found on the lobby level, starting with a private, secured, and gated entryway. Residents and their guests will love coming in to the palm garden, a beautiful green space filled with art and nature. The gardens of Victoria Place flow from the outdoor areas to the indoor areas, and there are even private garden meeting rooms available. Residents can store their bikes and surfboards in secured storage areas for easy grab-and-go before heading out through the beach access door.

In my opinion, the best lobby-level amenity is the Lauhala Pool House. This indoor-outdoor area can be privately reserved and has a beautiful pool (with a changing room available) and surrounding lawn. There is also a barbeque grill and kitchen as well. The area is perfect for intimate gatherings and provides a sophisticated backdrop for hosting company.

Another amenity I really like at the lobby level is the 3 guest suites, which allow for your guests to stay on-site in their own, private rooms. Out-of-town family members and friends will love being able to have their space and enjoy the amenities offered to residents.

In addition to the lobby amenities, there is also a 64,105 square foot amenity deck for you and your family to enjoy. The deck includes an infinity pool and a lap pool, compete with lounges and poolside cabanas. Residents will want to check out the barbecue cabana and grills for an afternoon or evening cook out.

Some of the wellness features of this deck include a private wellness room and a fitness center. There are two spas (one for women and one for men) with an indoor-outdoor lobby. Each spa includes a private hot tub, a cold plunge pool, lockers, restrooms, a shower, a steam room, a sauna lounge, and private treatment rooms, so you can refresh your energy without even having to leave the building.

Other luxury amenities provided at Victoria Place include an elegant chef’s table, a private dining room, and a catering kitchen. In alignment with other areas of the building, the deck provides plenty of green space and opportunities to enjoy being outdoors, with a sunset lawn, a sunset lanai, and a sunrise terrace.

A unique amenity that I haven’t seen in other buildings is the inclusion of a rustic wine room that even features private lockers. With cozy seats and a large table, you can host a meeting, visit with friends, or have a quiet night sipping wine with your spouse.

In terms of cost, prices for these units start at $1.2 million through around $5.2 million, depending on the size of the unit. If you are interested in combining 2 units together, the price will likely range from around $6 million to about $11 million.
