Ward Village – Which Condo to Buy Into?

One of two upcoming residential towers recently announced by the Howard Hughes Corporation, Ulana at Ward Village is an exciting new development arriving soon to the urban neighborhood. Part of the next phase of Howard Hughes’ 60-acre masterplan for Ward, Ulana is a high-rise condominium with 697 homes on the block bordered by Auahi, Kamani and Pohukaina Streets.

While more details are still to be announced, Ulana is expected to launch late 2021 and will elevate the community with new parks, a safer pedestrian environment and additional space for businesses.

The eighth luxury high-rise condominium in Ward Village, The Park on Ward will be built on the west side of Central Plaza Victoria Ward Park which was once occupied by the old Sports Authority building. Designed by international architecture firm Solomon Cordwell and Buenz, general sales are expected to begin 2021.

The project ties into Howard Hughes’ community masterplan which aims to elevate 60-acres of the neighborhood with more pedestrian-friendly streets, public parks, affordable living streets and local retail stores. 

Specific details for The Park are still to be announced, but here’s what we know so far:

If you want a front-row location on Ala Moana Boulevard, this private residential condominium building might be for you. What makes Victoria Place unique is that it does not have commercial space.
