Iliahi is a neighborhood within the Kehalani development, and it serves as a cozy, secluded enclave for residents. These single-family homes were created by Towne Development in 2005 and are classified as townhome-style condos. The subdivision includes 92 homes across 23 buildings, and there are 4 units per building.
At Iliahi, there are 2 different floor plans, and they each include 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Sizes range from 1,242 to 1,258 square feet. Each plan is 2 stories and includes private parking spaces (which can be hard to find on any island). Additionally, every home includes 43 square feet of extra storage space and a 93-square-foot lanai, which is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon weather.
One of the main selling points of Iliahi is its location and its privacy from other neighborhoods. There is only one entrance to get into the community, which is off of Kauna Lipo Drive. This single entryway limits the amount of traffic and keeps the community tucked away from the other neighborhoods within the master-planned development. This is a feature that is truly hard to find within these larger communities.
Once you enter the neighborhood, you’ll see that the buildings are aligned across cul-de-sacs, which is perfect for families with children.
