Olena at Kehalani was constructed by Stanford Carr, LLC across two different phases. With roughly 73 homes in all, Phase I was mostly completed in 2001, while Phase II was mostly completed in 2004. The two phases are now adjoined and also link to the Kaimana neighborhood within the master-planned development. Each phase includes over 30 single-family homes.

There are 5 different floor plans offered at Olena, each built in a modern plantation style. These units tend to be a bit larger and range from 1,525 through 1,695 square feet.
