Two Phases of Curb Appeal

Olena at Kehalani was constructed by Stanford Carr, LLC across two different phases. With roughly 73 homes in all, Phase I was mostly completed in 2001, while Phase II was mostly completed in 2004. The two phases are now adjoined and also link to the Kaimana neighborhood within the master-planned development. Each phase includes over 30 single-family homes.

There is plenty of appeal at Olena, both in terms of visual appeal and in terms of location. Many of the yards in this neighborhood have more mature landscaping compared to others in the development. The neighborhood also overlooks gardens, and homes are commonly accompanied by well-kept lawns, trees, and flowering plants. Many of the homes align cul-de-sacs, which decrease the flow of traffic and help to support a more serene environment for children to enjoy while playing outside.

Additionally, Olena homes offer incredible views of the nearby scenery. Each home features a mountain view, and some of the lots also include an ocean view. The community rests on the West Maui Mountains and is positioned at a high elevation. This results in cool, refreshing breezes and some of the mildest temperatures on the island. Some of the homes may even include panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty, as they are situated at 300+ feet of elevation. Olena: The Fine Details

Olena at Kehalani offers 3-4 bedroom homes, with both single-story and 2-story options. These homes are periodically listed for resale and are popular due to their large size, beautiful lots, and excellent location. A majority of the lots are from 6,026 through 8,516 square feet, with living areas ranging from 1,316 through 2,129 square feet. There are 5 different floor plans offered at Olena, each built in a modern plantation style. Single-story homes include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living area ranging from 1,316 through 1,474 square feet. The 2-story homes come with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. These units tend to be a bit larger and range from 1,525 through 1,695 square feet.

One of the many desirable features of the Olena floor plans is that each home includes a private 2-car garage. Homes are equipped with modern amenities, with many units offering updated kitchens and walk-in closets in the master bedroom. The great rooms feature vaulted ceilings. Many of the residences also come with large porches and lanais, which are perfect for enjoying the mild weather. Additionally, some homes also include bonus guest rooms for hosting visitors or in-laws, an ideal commodity for multi-generational family units.

The community is popular for its beautiful yards, some of which are fenced-in, making it easier to monitor children and/or pets. Golfers will love living in Kehalani, as there are 3 courses within a 10-minute drive of the community. Other nearby outdoor recreational spaces include the community parks, beautiful hiking trails, and nearby beaches. In fact, Kehalani is within a 20-minute drive of the North Shore, West Maui, and South Maui beaches. You and your family can create countless beach memories without having to travel out of town.

From a practical standpoint, Kehalani is also close to Wailuku, which hosts the county buildings and serves as a place of employment for many federal and state employees. Wailuku also offers a variety of cultural amenities and hosts a large range of commercial and recreational sites, including movie theaters, restaurants, and shops.

At Olena at Kehalani, families can enjoy living in a quiet, calm community that promotes outdoor recreation and is near numerous Central Maui attractions, including a new elementary school.
