Each home is equipped with a 2-car garage and a driveway, though some homes do share the driveway with an additional residence.

The Kehalani Cottages were developed by Stanford Carr and were carefully crafted with materials that are nicer than a majority of the neighborhoods within the development. Original homes were developed with Craftsman, Cottage, or Plantation finishes. Each home includes open living areas and modern kitchens with built-in appliances. Kitchens feature significant amounts of cabinet and counter space for all of your favorite gadgets.
